Who is Andreas Kiss?

Nearly 40 years ago, I began my journey as an apprentice in automotive repair at a midsize BMW dealership in Southwest Germany. After graduating as a certified technician, I spent  decades applying my skills, working on everything from bodywork to electrical troubleshooting. Over the next two decades , I had the opportunity to serve as a team leader, workshop foreman, aftersales consultant .national retention program manager and IT project manager with the BMW Group.  These roles enriched my expertise in profitability, business development, marketing, parts management and logistics, IT software development, repeat repairs, customer satisfaction, service retention programs  and more.


I have truly enjoyed the growth and learning throughout my career, but now I am ready to leverage this knowledge and experience to support your organization in achieving greater success.
