Thirty-six years ago, I began my journey as an apprentice in automotive repair at a midsize BMW dealership in Southwest Germany. After graduating as a certified technician, I spent 15 years applying my skills, working on everything from bodywork to electrical troubleshooting. Over the next 11 years, I had the opportunity to serve as a team leader, workshop foreman, and aftersales consultant with the BMW Group. These roles allowed me to live in various parts of the world and gain invaluable knowledge and experience.
In 2011, I had the privilege of joining the business development department at BMW of North America. This role enriched my expertise in profitability, business development, marketing, parts management and logistics, IT software development, repeat repairs, customer satisfaction, retention programs in aftersales and more.
I have truly enjoyed the growth and learning throughout my career, but now I am ready to leverage this knowledge and experience to support your organization in achieving greater success.
